Suomen Lentoemäntä-ja Stuerttiyhdistys SLSY ry on matkustamohenkilökunnan etujärjestö. Olemme AKT:n osasto 208. Jäsenemme työskentelevät  Suomessa toimivissa lentoyhtiöissä, mm. Finnairilla ja Norralla.

SLSY ry:n tarkoituksena on matkustamohenkilökunnan oikeudellisen aseman turvaaminen työelämässä ja työsuhteessa, sekä taloudellisen ja sosiaalisen aseman parantaminen. SLSY ry pyrkii aktiivisesti kehittämään jäseniensä työolosuhteita sekä ammattialaa. AKT ja SLSY ry tekevät työehtosopimukset ja valvoo niiden noudattamista. 

Suomen Lentoemäntä- ja Stuerttiyhdistys SLSY ry on toiminut matkustamohenkilökunnan edunvalvojana vuodesta 1953. Kukaan ei hoida, valvo ja kehitä etujasi paremmin. Ammattiyhdistyksen jäsenenä voit vaikuttaa palkkatasoosi ja työehtoihisi.

Finnish Cabin Crew Association SLSY ry is  a part of the Finnish Transport Workers Union AKT, we are Union Branch nr. 208. Working in Finland has unique legislative environment, where unions are representing workers at workplaces and collective agreeing is a fundamental right to us all. The purpose of SLSY ry is to secure the legal status of the cabin crew in working life and employment, and to improve their economic and social status. SLSY ry actively strives to develop the working conditions and professional field of cabin crew. AKT and SLSY ry makes collective labor agreements and monitors their compliance. SLSY ry has been the cabin crew's own benefits organization since 1953. No one takes care of, supervises and develops your benefits better. As a member of the trade association, you can influence the salary level and working conditions!
